Where Are Salmon Grown?

Salmon require clean, unpolluted waters to grow and thrive. The pristine waters needed to grow salmon are found in extremely remote areas such as, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Iceland, Norway and Chile. The majority of MARTIN’S salmon are flown fresh daily from southern Chile. Known as Patagonia, this region of Chile is characterized by snow covered mountains and deep ocean fjords, and has become one of the world’s premier locations for farming salmon.
