TO ENTER: Contest begins 9/13/12 and is open to ALL registered schools. Coordinators and or Principals must submit a picture of your A+ School Rewards display that depicts and helps promote the program to your parents and supporters. Entries must be submitted by October 26, 2012 to:
ELIGIBILITY: SCHOOLS ENTERING THE CONTEST MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE 2012/2013 A+ SCHOOL REWARDS PROGRAM PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE ENTRY. Void where prohibited by law. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JUDGING: All eligible submissions will be reviewed and winners selected by a panel of qualified judges based on creativity and accuracy in portraying the A+ School Rewards Program. The School must be registered in the 2012/2013 A+ School Rewards Program to be eligible to participate. Limit one entry per School. Entries that do not comply with the Official Rules, or those that result from fraud may be disqualified.
WINNERS: Three winners will be selected on or about 10/29/12. The winners will each receive A+ Bonus Points for their school. Winning entries will be announced on or about 11/8/12. Winners will be featured in the November Newsletter available on the A+ website. Winners must accept the prize within seven (7) days. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner(s). Winners (school) will be notified via telephone.
PRIZES: The following prizes will be given away: (1) First Place winner – 50,000 A+ Points, (1) Second Place Winner - 25,000 A+ Points and (1) Third Place Winner – 10,000 A+ Points.
Only one (1) entry per school.
Employees of Giant Food Stores, LLC, including Martin’s Food Markets and their families, its parent company, or its subsidiaries are not eligible to enter.
The winning schools’ names will be posted to the websites at www.giantfoodstores.com/aplus and www.martinsfoods.com/aplus on or about 11/8/12.
Prizes may not be substituted. Limit one prize per entrant. Prizes are not transferable, endorsable or refundable.
The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and ordinances and is void where prohibited.
Each entrant or any person performing acts related to entering this contest agrees to release Giant Food Stores, LLC, including Martin’s Food Markets, and its subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability related in any way to this contest including liability for personal injury or property damages from the receipt and use of this prize.
The winners agree to release Giant Food Stores, LLC, including Martin’s Food Markets, its parent company, and its subsidiaries to use their name and photo for promotional materials relating to the contest and must sign a release from liability. All entries become the property of Giant Food Stores, LLC, including Martin’s Food Markets.
Winners are limited to one prize during the contest.
The information provided by the consumer will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be rented, sold, exchanged, given, or transferred to any third party.
