All Public, Parochial, and Private Schools, grades K - 12 are eligible to participate in the A+ School Rewards Program. Homeschools, Preschools & Daycares are also welcome to enroll. The program is not open to other non-profit organizations. Schools licensed at the time of store openings may already be enrolled in the program. If a new participating MARTIN’S has come to your area, please visit our Participating Schools page to see if your school is enrolled and to verify your school's information. If your school is not listed on our Participating Schools page, the school will need to enroll in the A+ SCHOOL REWARDS Program.
To do so, the schools principal must send:
A letter (on official school letterhead signed by the principal) requesting participation in the program that should include the following information:
- School Name
- Address
- Principal Name / Signature
- Coordinators Name
- Coordinators Phone Number and/or Email
Your school will be required to complete a W-9 Tax Form, with the schools tax ID number, upon registration.

Within 2 weeks of receiving your schools request, we will contact the school principal with their 5-digit ID code and password. Schools will not be added to our participating school page until online registration is complete. Upon receipt of this information, schools will be required to register online and complete a W9 Tax Form with their schools tax ID number.
