MARTIN'S FOOD MARKETS PRESENTS OVER $125,400 TO COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
Carlisle, PA
Martin's Food Markets has presented over $125,400 in cash grants to participating schools associated with the company's 2004-2005 A+ School Rewards test program.
Martin's offered this pilot program to schools in the Altoona, DuBois, Indiana and Hagerstown areas as a test program.
The schools may use these funds to support any educational need at their own discretion. Martin's A+ School Rewards program ran from October 3, 2004 to April 23, 2005. The program provided an opportunity for Martin's customers in the test areas to assist local schools by making purchases with their Bonuscard.
Customers designated schools to receive credit for their Martin's Bonuscard purchases. Schools then received credit for 1% of every consumer dollar spent using the Bonuscard. The final cash totals for each of the participating schools receiving cash grants are available on the Martin's A+ School Rewards website (www.martinsaplus.com).
