MARTIN’S thrives on providing students with a well-rounded internship experience that provides an exciting, comprehensive view of the supermarket business.
The retail internship program is a structured training experience concentrating on the core responsibilities of store management positions.
Store Operations
Store management interns train at one or more store locations and are exposed to all areas relating to store operations. This is an 8-week program focusing specifically on the responsibilities of various Store Management positions, providing the intern with a better understanding of these roles and how they contribute to total store effectiveness.
Corporate Office
The corporate internship program provides participants with exposure to one of the company’s core business areas where they will work on a special project with a clear set of learning objectives.

Pharmacy
The MARTIN’S Pharmacy Intern Program is designed for those students interested in becoming retail pharmacists. Throughout this twelve-week summer program, interns will have the opportunity to work directly with patients while under the supervision of some of the best pharmacists in the industry.
