Larger requests should be sent on your organization’s letterhead to:

Requests should include:
• Contact name
• Address & Phone number
• Event name & Date
• Reason for event
• Donation amount requested

We request 4 – 6 weeks advance notice of an event. You will receive notice as to the approval status of your request.
