Welcome to Giant’s on-line Shop from Home service. It’s another easy way for you to shop and save at Giant. You’ll also receive in-store savings on your Giant online orders!

With online ordering at GiantFoodStores.com, you can shop from anywhere with internet access and pick up your groceries without ever leaving your car…now that’s convenience!

How to Shop

Getting started is simple. If you’re already registered on the Giant website, log-in and start shopping. To register as a new user with your BONUSCARD, create a username and password for login.

Once you’ve selected a Giant location, login and begin shopping. You’ll find four easy ways to shop.

• You can choose items based on prior purchases "Things I Buy - Use this tab to easily add favorites to your list."...
  
• Current offers "Bonus Buy Savings - See and add items currently on special."...
  
• Then, complete your list by department "Browse Aisles - View items by department or using the search feature"...
• Search and add items to fill your "Shopping Cart".

It’s easy to make changes, remove items, and save your list for future orders by clicking "Edit Cart".

Like your tomatoes extra ripe? Or your turkey sliced thin? At Giant, we understand that our customers have unique individual preferences. We encourage you to help us provide the freshest items, just the way you like them, by adding item comments.

Checkout & Pick up

When you’re done shopping, select "Check Out" and choose a pick up time. Your order will be saved and available for your reference when starting your next order. Once you’ve completed the checkout process, we’ll send you an email confirming your order.

During checkout, please let us know what to do if an item is out of stock. Your Personal Shopper can substitute a similar item based on size or brand, or leave that item out of your order.

A Giant Personal Shopper will have your items ready at the pickup time you select. Our Personal Shopping staff reviews your order and carefully chooses the freshest items based on your preferences

When you arrive to pick up your items, you can pay from the convenience of your car or at the Shop From Home service desk in the store.

You can even use coupons and receive all of the BONUSCARD savings, including this week’s circular. It’s easy and so convenient!
