Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about the MARTIN’S BONUSCARD®...

Q: How Do I Get It?
A: Applications are available from the Customer Service Center in any of our store. You can fill it out there and get your BONUSCARD immediately. Or you can download an application right now, fill it out, and mail it in.
Q: How Do I Use It?
A: Simply present your BONUSCARD or key tag to the cashier who will scan your card or key tag at the beginning of the order to receive discounts and rewards.
Your BONUSCARD can be used in conjunction with all types of payment: ATM debit card, credit card, food stamps, or W.I.C. (where available). It does not provide a sufficient form of identification for check cashing purposes (driver's license required).
Q: Can other members of my household use my BONUSCARD?
A: When you sign-up for the BONUSCARD program, you'll get a card and two key tags. This means that 3 people from your household can all be on the same BONUSCARD account.
This becomes especially important during our Extra Rewards points programs because all points accumulated will be linked to one BONUSCARD. Remember to attach the key tag to your key chain and use it in the same way as your card.
Q: How can I find out the status of my BONUSCARD account?
A: You can call our BONUSCARD Customer Service hotline, available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, at 1-888-5 MARTINS (1-888-562-7846). Our automated Hotline can provide you with information on store locations, BONUSCARD program information, current promotional offers, and Extra Rewards Points status. When an Extra Rewards program is in progress, you can check your point totals online.
*Please note that you may only accumulate Extra Rewards Points during designated programs which are available for limited times.
Q: What should I do if I move, change my name, or if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
A: Please inform us of any changes with your card status as soon as possible.
You can change your name or address on our website anytime.

If you prefer, you can fill out an Information Change Form at the customer service center in any of our stores and we'll update your address in our records.

If your card is lost or stolen, call our Customer Service Hotline at 1-888-5 MARTINS (1-888-562-7846). A new card will be issued to you by mail. Your old and new card numbers will be linked so you can keep your earned Extra Rewards Points.

Q: Will you share the information gathered on my BONUSCARD application?
A: MARTIN’S believes in protecting the confidentiality of customer information in accordance with our customers' wishes and applicable laws.

Mail:
Fill out your application today and mail it in. You'll receive your BONUSCARD by mail within 7-10 days. You can also bring your completed application to our Customer Service Center and get your BONUSCARD immediately.
